| Born 1963 in Cologne, Germany. He has German family roots and is of Swiss and French Nationality. Marc holds an MBA in economics and has a successful track-record of 16 years experience in the HR industry and worked for UBS (Basel, Zurich & London), Holcim (Zurich) and Givaudan (Geneva). He is Member of the Board of a leading German Publisher Company. Marc has been a guest speaker at several occassions of European organizations engaged in the field of Management Development and Talent Planning. |  |

| Born 1966 in Bonn - Germany. He completed his studies of law with the degree of a proofed German Judge with various international practical cases. In 1997 he started his entrepreneurial career as an German Attorney at Law (main focus: International Law and Offshore Investments) while parallel being engaged as a Senior Consultant for finance & Risk management at MLP AG. Since 2007 he holds an Executive MBA (e.g. HEC, HSG St. Gallen, SDA Bocconi, Esade). He is member of several monitoring boards in various companies. |  |

| Born in 1964, Swiss citizen. Patrick Semadeni holds a masters degree in business administration of the University of St. Gallen (lic.oec.HSG). After his studies, he served as a Tax and Legal consultant with Price Waterhouse in Zurich. Currently, Patrick works in a family-owned group (plastic processing) as chairman and CEO, since 5 years. His other engagements include board memberships at the Swiss Plastics Association and the Plastics Training and Technology Center. |  |
